As with all things in life, if you dig deep enough, you will reach the same bottom. We learn how aperture works, what exposure makes sense or which perspective would fit the subject. But, in the end, photography is about learning how to see and teaching how to see.

No moments are captured. Photos are pointers, to memories, to inspiration, to places we have never been to; all of them very much alive. We simply want to marvel at things, rediscover what has been lost in the everyday routine and share our amazement.

My time is split between design and photography projects.
I also occasionally tutor on photography in Tokyo and its outskirts. As an amateur photographer my mainstay is landscape photography.

In my work, I mostly do product photography or assist other professionals in fashion and event photography, either as an on-set or a retouching assistant. As a designer,
I have experience with product and graphic design.
